2. Processing & Delivery

  • Processing Time: Your order will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after receipt.
  • Delivery: We deliver on business days as well as weekends and public holidays. Saturday and Sunday are considered shipping days.
  • Restrictions: Please note that delivery to packing stations (Packstationen), P.O. boxes, and military facilities is currently not possible.
  • Shipping Providers: Depending on the destination and size of your order, we work with established logistics partners such as DHL, DPD, or Hermes.
  • 3. Tracking & Shipping Confirmation

  • After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email including your personal tracking number.
  • The tracking number is usually active within 24 hours.
  • You can check the status of your shipment at any time via "Track Your Order" on our website.
  • 4. Information on Delivery Delays

  • In rare cases, delays may occur due to external factors (weather, strikes, customs, etc.). We will inform you immediately in such cases.
  • For advance payments, the delivery period begins only after the receipt of payment.
  • 5. Acceptance & Transport Damage

  • Please inspect your goods upon receipt. If the package is damaged, please have this confirmed by the delivery service and contact us immediately. This allows us to offer you a quick solution.
